 After
more than a decade in commercial printing sales, Dave Burke and his wife,
Karen, founded our company in 1990 in Omaha, NE.
"Burke’s List Management and Mail Service," primarily focused on
helping its clients better manage mailing lists and mail sorting methods, in
order to receive a break on postage costs.Their reputation as honest and hard working attracted a steady stream of clients. As the company grew, Burke’s added more services. In 1993, warehousing and fulfillment capabilities were added. The next year, Burke’s added laser printing and data processing, which allowed their clients to send personalized letters to customers, and achieve greater return rates. The company changed its name to Burke’s Direct Mail and Fulfillment at the end of 2004. Though the name has changed, Burke’s continues to focus on helping its clients improve their response rates, decrease their postage costs, and provide error-free project handling, while working one-on-one with each client. Burke’s is now a leading Midwestern firm supporting companies all across the US. Its location in the center of the US, makes it ideal for processing mail in all directions, including Canada and Europe, cutting delivery times almost in half. Dave remains active as CEO of the company. Their sons, Dan, and Jeff, serve as President and VP of Information Services, respectively. Burke’s proud tradition of providing
personal service, and caring about its customers, is as strong today as it
was when Dave and Karen started the company more than a decade ago. Their
slogan,
"We care about your mail as much as you do," remains their guiding
principle, now and into the future. |
